Custom Thermoforming Rollstock Development

Our on-site quality lab is equipped with state-of-the-art material testing capabilities critical for both on-going quality control and validation of material specifications at the product development stage. Our testing capabilities include: Oxygen Barrier, Ash Content, Haze, Tensile & Flexural, Peel/Pull, Microscopy, Melt Flow, Color/Opacity, Refractometer, Gauge Monitoring.

On-Site Technical Support

The compatibility of a material solution in theory and in practice are not always the same! To help overcome inevitable learning curves & processing challenges, ICPG offers on-site technical support for material qualification trials and on-going technical support.
